Q: What if I'm not sure about my niche yet?
A: Perfect. Week 1 helps you nail your "for-now niche" so you can start reaching out immediately. Clarity comes from action, not overthinking.
Q: Do I need a team to make this work?
A: No. This model is specifically designed for solo experts and very small operations. You don't need a team, and you don't need to build one. In fact, one of the core premises of this program is that a well-designed solo business can out-earn and out-perform a bloated agency. If you already have a small team, the model works with that too. We'll help you figure out what stays and what goes.
Q: What's the time commitment?
A: Two to four hours of focused work per week, plus one weekly group coaching call with Pia and one weekly small group meeting with your guide. There are no videos to watch before you can participate. You learn by doing, which means the time you put in is always moving your business forward, not just filling your head with information.
Q: What happens after 12 weeks?
A: You keep the model, the recordings, and the way of operating—none of that gets taken away. You’ll then also have the option to choose to stay for additional support, community and coaching for as long as it’s helpful, but you don't need it. Q: What if I'm a branding agency? Should I take the Agency Mastery program instead?
A: Agency Mastery is a 12-month+ program for branding agencies exclusively. This is an intensive for experts at $100K-$300K installing the foundational No BS Model to reach $250K-$500K in 12 weeks. Different audience, different depth. Branding agencies are welcome to join No BS Mastery instead if a shorter program is preferable, but it does not have the branding agency-specific content.
Q: I'm not a branding agency or designer. Will this work for my business?
